When I was writing the report about Pitti Uomo, I thought I should describe my outfits because during the event and on Instagram, I received many questions about the brands and clothes I was wearing. I also realized that if I put everything in one text, it would be too long, and you might get tired of reading. So, let me tell you what I wore at Pitti Uomo.

First, let me say that all the clothes I wore were made by us, or the jacket was made by me in the atelier with Dmitry’s guidance.

First Day: Linen Trousers and Blue Accents

On the first day, I chose dark blue trousers with double pleats made of 100% linen and a blue shirt. On top, I wore a sweater that I decided to repeat from the winter Pitti Uomo because it was successful, and I only changed some details and the material. It was also made of linen, but with added wool and silk. For shoes, I picked one of my favorite pairs of black loafers because they matched well with our new portfolio, which we created and hadn’t shown anywhere yet. You remember that bags, belts, and other accessories should be the same color. Brown shoes and a black bag are a bad choice.

Second Day: Bespoke Jacket and Olive Wool Trousers

The second day was special for me. I managed to finish the jacket, and we successfully completed our bespoke jacket challenge. I chose the fabric myself and initially thought of wearing the jacket with cream trousers, but then I found olive 100% wool and decided to wear them together. Then I had the idea to add a dark blue shirt. I liked everything very much, and judging by the reactions, it was a great decision. I also decided not to overload the look with bags and just wore glasses. As always, tassel loafers made of brown suede.

Third Day: Safari Suit in Colorful Linen

On this day, I wore a safari suit made of very nice 100% linen. As always, I designed it myself, and the pockets at an angle are not a tailor’s mistake but our decision. However, with the trousers, there was a small misunderstanding with our tailor, and she made a different design for the waistband than I wanted. Initially, I was very upset because I had a different picture in my head. But then I got used to it, added a good belt, and liked it. I also decided not to carry a bag and just wore glasses. If you ask me what color this suit is, I will tell you I don’t know. We discussed this in person and couldn’t figure it out. But it was funny.

Thoughts on Summer Pitti Uomo and Plans For The Future

That’s it, this was the last message about the summer Pitti Uomo. Next, I will think about winter outfits and write other posts for you. And yes, I always prefer to wear at Pitti Uomo what I can later use in everyday life. That’s what I follow.
