What I Will Be Wearing This Fall
It feels like I just wrote about summer outfits and how to build looks for warm days… and now it is already time to think about fall style, refreshing the wardrobe, and preparing for a new season. I hope this autumn will not be too cold so we can still enjoy some sunny, warm days.
In this article, I want to share what I will be wearing this fall, the pieces I will add to my wardrobe, and what I will focus on.
Shoes: Keeping It Classic
Let us start with shoes. Just like last season, loafers remain in my wardrobe, and they will be my choice again this fall. I do not plan to add many new models — this is one of those cases where less is more.
The only real change from summer is long socks. As the weather cools down, I prefer knee-high socks. Around 85% of my socks are dark navy — the easiest color to combine with any shoes, trousers, and accessories. It is simple, elegant, and universal.
Trousers: A Strong Foundation
When it comes to trousers, nothing has changed this year — I stay with classic shapes and colors. I especially love our new off-white trousers, which you can find on our website, as well as my classic dark navy ones, which always look sharp.
I prefer pleated trousers — they create a clean line and add elegance to any outfit.
Shirts, Jackets, and Outerwear
For shirts, I keep a simple and versatile selection:
- blue striped shirt
- solid light blue shirt for meetings
- denim shirt
- long-sleeve polo
For layering, I wear safari jackets, blazers, and lightweight outerwear for rainy days. One of my favorite pieces is my green aviator jacket — I love pairing it with trousers and shirts for a balanced, casual look.
It is still too early for overcoats, but towards the end of autumn, I will start wearing them again. My choice is a raglan coat — I like the way it fits and how the raglan sleeve creates a clean shoulder line and elegant silhouette.

Colors I Wear This Fall
If you are starting to build your wardrobe, begin with navy — it is the easiest color to combine. After that, choose depending on your shoes and accessories. For me, this season’s key colors are:
- dark navy
- off-white
- grey
- brown
- olive
These are the trousers I will use as the base when creating my fall looks.
Accessories for Fall
Autumn is the season when accessories matter more. Here is what I use:
- a compact folding umbrella
- a high-quality leather bag
- a warm scarf and gloves for colder days
- and yes, sunglasses — they always look elegant and are just as relevant in fall

Your Mood Shapes the Season
Finally, I want to remind you of something important: it is not the weather that shapes us — it is our attitude. Autumn is not just about new clothes; it is about new emotions, fresh energy, and creating the mood you want.
I wish you a beautiful season, full of inspiration, creativity, and the excitement that comes with change. And, it seems, very soon we will already be talking about what to wear this winter.

Fact in the Spotlight
In 2011, Sotheby’s auctioned the world’s most expensive vintage cigar humidor. It once belonged to Winston Churchill and was sold for nearly $800,000. Inside, there was only one untouched cigar left — but its true value was not in the tobacco. It was about history, character, and symbolism.
Quote of the Week
My tastes are simple: I am easily satisfied with the very best.

That’s all for today. See you on Saturday next week!
